借阅守则

1.  办理标本借用手续时，需由借用人、或其导师、或担保人，阅读本守则，并在借据上签名。

2.  每次借用标本不得超过50号，借用期限最长为2年，向管理人员提出申请后可延长1年。

3. 学生借用标本在毕业前无法归还的，由其导师负责归还。借用标本不得转借第三方。

4. 借出期间，借用人应保证标本及标签的完整性，避免虫蛀、霉变及损坏。

5.  未经事先允许，不得对标本进行解剖或提取遗传物质进行测序。解剖部分须与标本一起保存并归还。原则上不允许折损标本的结构进行分子测序。

6. 若标本为我单位承担的课题中所采集，还需在出版物中标注课题编号；编号请咨询管理人员。

7. 鼓励在归还借用标本时，附上鉴定标签。

8.  学术论著中涉及本室所藏标本的，均需注明凭证标本保存于绵阳师范学院无脊椎动物标本室（Invertebrate Collection of Mianyang Normal University，缩写为MYNU），并及时提供出版物全文（PDF或纸质件）。

9． 鼓励指定本室所藏标本为模式标本。欲保留部分借用标本的，可与管理人员协商进行赠、换，但正模须全部归还。

10.  借用到期未还标本者，将暂停其借用新标本资格，下次到访期间仅可在我室内检视标本。

Regulations

1. The recipient, or his/her supervisor, or the guarantor, must read these regulations and sign this invoice when processing the loan of specimens.

2. No more than 50 specimens shall be borrowed at one time, and specimens are loaned for a maximum duration of 2 years; it can be extended for 1 year after applying to the curator.

3. The specimens on loan to students are unable to be returned before graduation, his/her supervisor is responsible for returning them. The borrowed specimens cannot be lent to a third party.

4. The recipient should ensure the integrity of specimens and labels during the loan period, to avoid them being worm-eaten, moldy, and damaged.

5. Without prior permission specimens will not be allowed for dissection and sequencing of genetic material. Any dissected part shall be kept together and returned with the corresponding specimen. Usually, it is not allowed to damage the structure of the specimen for molecular sequencing.

6. If the specimen was collected during a project undertaken by MYNU, the project number should also be indicated in any publication; please contact the curator for project numbers.

7. Encourage to attach identification labels when returning the specimens.

8. When citing specimens from this collection, the author should state that the voucher specimens are deposited in the Invertebrate Collection of Mianyang Normal University (acronym MYNU), and send the full text (PDF or hard copy) timely.

9. Encourage to designate specimens in our collection as type specimens. If you wish to keep part of the specimens, you may negotiate with the curator to gift or exchange them. All holotypes must be returned.

10. If specimens are not returned before the deadline, the recipient will be suspended from borrowing new specimens and will only be allowed to examine specimens in the collection next time.
